INGREDIENTS
 	- 2 pcs courgette
- 60g glass noodle (weight after soaking)
- 5g shrimp (soaked and strained)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 stalk celery
MIXED SEASONINGS
 	- 2 soupspoons white rice wine
- ½ soupspoon oyster sauce
- 1 soupspoon light soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon MSG
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 200ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
 	- Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 230° / 5 mins. Heat the oil for 3 mins, then add the courgette and stir-fry for 2 mins. Remove and strain afterward.
- Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 180° / 6 mins. Add oil, then stir-fry the dried shrimp and minced garlic for 1 min. Next add 200ml of water, the mixed seasonings and the cooked courgette to stir-fry for 3 mins. Lastly, add in the glass noodles and celery and continue stir-frying until the timer stops.

- 60克 冬粉(浸泡后的重量)
- 5克 虾米 (浸软,沥干)
- 3瓣 蒜米 (切碎)
- 1棵 芹菜(切段)
混合调味料
 	- 2汤匙 白米酒
- ½汤匙 蚝油
- 1汤匙 生抽
- ½茶匙 味精
- 1茶匙 糖
- 200毫升 清水
做法
 	- 将锅设为 Stir-Fry 模式 / 230° / 5分钟。加热食用油3分钟,然后加入节瓜炒2分钟。之后取出沥干。
- 将锅设为 Stir-Fry 模式 / 180° / 6分钟。加入油,接着炒香虾米和蒜末1分钟。然后加入200毫升清水、混合调味料和已炒好的节瓜,翻炒3分钟。最后加入冬粉和芹菜,继续翻炒至计时结束。
