SOY-BRAISED WHITE RADISH (1)
INGREDIENTS
  • 1pc white radish
  • 9pcs mushroom
  • 2pcs scallions
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • To taste rock sugar
  • 2pcs ginger slices
  • A little pepper
  • 1pc chili pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel theradish and cut into thick pieces
  2. Select Steak mode, add oil, pan-fry the radish until golden on both sides.
  3. Switch to Oden mode, add oil and sauté ginger slices until fragrant. Add in the radish and rehydrated mushrooms.
  4. Pour in water, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, some rock sugar, a little pepper, and 1chili pepper. Stir well and close the lid.
  5. Once done, remove the radish and mushrooms. Add cornstarch slurry to the sauce and cook until thickened.
  6. Pour the sauce over the radish and mushrooms, garnish with chopped scallions, and serve.

  • 1条 白萝卜
  • 9朵 冬菇
  • 2条 青葱
  • 1汤匙 蚝油
  • 2汤匙 生抽
  • 2汤匙 老抽
  • 适量 冰糖
  • 2片 姜片
  • 少许 胡椒粉
  • 1条 小米椒
做法
  1. 白萝卜削皮切厚块
  2. 选择Steak模式,倒油,将白萝卜煎至两面金黄后夹出备用
  3. 选择Oden模式,倒油,将姜片爆香,倒入白萝卜及泡发好的冬菇
  4. 加入水,1汤匙蚝油、2汤匙生抽、2汤匙老抽、适量冰糖、少许胡椒粉和小米椒,翻炒均匀后关上盖子焖煮。
  5. 将萝卜和冬菇夹出,倒淀粉水到酱汁里煮至浓稠。
  6. 淋上酱汁,撒上青葱即可
