椒盐炸鸡翅 (2)
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 pcs whole chicekn wing
  • A few ginger slices
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • A little salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp salt pepper powder
  • A few chopped parsley
  • 1 pack fried chicken flour
INSTRUCTIONS
  1.  Poke holes in the chicken wings.
  2.  Add ginger slices, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a little salt, 1 tsp blackpepper and 2 tsp salt pepper powder into the chicken wings bowl. Then, mix well by hands.
  3. Add 2 tbsp fried chicken powder and a little salt pepper powder into an empty bowl. Then add an appropriate amount of water and stir until it forms a thick paste.
  4. Coat the marinated chicken wings with the fried chicken batter and marinate for another 30 mins. Then coat with the fried chicken powder.
  5. Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 230° / 2 mins. Add oil to the pot and heat. Once the oil comes to a boil, add the chicken wings.
  6. Then, set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 180° / 10 mins and continue frying until the timer stops. Remove and drain.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and salt pepper on top.

  • 几片 姜片
  • 2大匙 生抽
  • 1大匙 料酒
  • 1大匙 蚝油
  • 少许 盐
  • 1茶匙 黑胡椒粉
  • 2茶匙 椒盐粉
  • 少许 欧芹碎
  • 1包 炸鸡粉
做法
  1. 鸡翅扎孔。
  2. 将姜片、生抽、料酒、蚝油、少许盐、1茶匙黑胡椒粉及2茶匙椒盐粉倒进鸡翅碗里,搅拌均匀。
  3. 准备一个空碗,加入2大匙炸鸡粉、少许椒盐粉及适量清水将它搅拌成粘糊状。
  4. 将腌制好的鸡翅裹上炸鸡糊并腌制30分钟。过后再裹上炸鸡粉。
  5. 将锅调至 Stir-Fry 模式/ 230° / 2 分钟。将油加热,放入鸡翅。
  6. 将锅调至 Stir-Fry 模式/ 180° / 10 分钟。将鸡翅炸至计时结束。然后取出沥油。
  7. 撒上欧芹碎及椒盐粉。
