MATERIAL
 	- Smooth tofu - 1 box (cut into small pieces) 
 
 	- Bread crumbs - a little 
 
 	- Eggs - 2 pieces
 
 	- Tapioca flour - a little 
 
 	- Sea salt - a little
 
        - Cooking Oil - a little 
 
 	
INSTRUCTIONS
 	- Mix bread crumbs and sea salt evenly and set aside.
 
 	- Cover the tofu with potato starch, then eggs, and finally with bread crumbs.
 
 	- Spray oil into the fryer before adding the tofu, and then spray oil on the surface of the tofu.
 
        - Press (DIY) 200 degrees/15 minutes to complete.

 	- 面包糠-适量
 
 	- 鸡蛋-2
 
 	- 木薯粉-适量
 
        - 海盐-适量

做法
 	- 将面包糠和海盐混合均匀备用.
 
 	- 把豆腐占上薯粉再占鸡蛋最后占上面包糠.
 
 	- 炸锅先喷油才放入豆腐、再喷油在豆腐表面.
 
        - 按(DIY)200度/15分钟即可完成.
