MATERIAL
 	- Almond flakes - 125g
- Butter - 15g (melted)
- Low-gluten flour - 10g
- Powdered sugar - 25g
- Egg white - 40g
- Salt - 0.5g
INSTRUCTIONS
 	- 1.	Begin by mixing powdered sugar, egg white, butter and low-gluten flour until well combined. Then gently mix in almond flakes and salt until even.
- 2.	Spread the mixture thinly on baking paper. The thinner, the better for that extra tasty crunch.
- 3.	Transfer it to the fryer and select the DIY function and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 低筋面粉-10g
- 糖粉-25g
- 鸡蛋清-40g
- 盐-0.5g
做法
 	- 先将糖粉、鸡蛋清、黄油、低筋面粉、搅拌均匀后才加入杏仁片和盐轻轻搅拌均匀.
- 放在吸油纸上,尽量薄一些口感会更好.
- 放入炸锅按(DIY)150度/15分钟即可完成.
