INGREDIENTS
- 1 bulb garlic
- 6pcs shrimp
- 1 bundle vermicelli
- 2 pcs scallions
- 1 pc chili pepper
- 1 spoon oyster sauce
- 2 spoons light soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Finely chop the garlic and chili pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of hot oil, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Peel the shrimp, leaving only the tails. Remove the veins.
- Make a cut along the back and thread the tail through the belly.
- Shape the vermicelli into a ring and place the shrimp on top. Spoon the garlic sauce over the shrimp.
- Steam in “Sauna” mode for 10 mins.
- Garnish with chopped scallions.
材料
- 1头 蒜
- 6只 虾
- 1捆 冬粉
- 2条 青葱
- 1条 小米椒
- 1汤匙 蚝油
- 2汤匙 生抽
做法
- 将蒜和小米椒剁碎,加入1汤匙热油,2汤匙生抽,1汤匙蚝油搅拌均匀。
- 剥掉虾壳,仅保留虾尾,去掉虾线。
- 在虾背上开口,将虾尾从腹部穿出。
- 把冬粉绕成一圈,将虾放在圈里,铺上蒜蓉酱。
- Sauna模式蒸10分钟。
- 撒上青葱。
