蘑菇火腿意大利面 (2)
INGREDIENTS
  • 100g pasta
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 20g sliced mushroom
  • 2 pcs ham (sliced)
SEASONINGS
  • 1 soupspoon oil (for sautéing)
  • ½ soupspoon oil (pour over the pasta)
  • 1L water (to cook pasta)
  • 1 large bowl water (to soak cooked pasta)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 soupspoons cream of mushroom soup
  • 7 soupspoons evaporated milk
  • 50ml water
  • ¾ teaspoon Maggi concentrated chicken stock (to mix with 50ml water)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 100° / 18 mins. Pour 1L of water into the pot, bring it to a boil (5 mins). Then add the pasta and salt, and cook until the timer stops. 
  2. Remove the pasta from the pot and place it in a bowl of cold water to cool down, then drain well. Add ½ soupspoon of oil to the pasta and mix well to prevent it from sticking together.
  3. Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 170° / 5 mins. Add oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1 min. Then, add the mushrooms and ham, and cook for 2 mins. Add the cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk, and water, and stir-fry until the timer stops.

  • 100克 意大利面
  • 1茶匙 蒜末
  • 20g 切片蘑菇
  • 2片 火腿(切小片)
调味料
  • 1汤匙 油(爆香用)
  • ½汤匙 油(倒入意大利面搅拌用)
  • 1公升 清水(煮意大利面用)
  • 1大碗 清水 (浸泡煮熟的意大利面用)
  • 1茶匙 盐
  • 2汤匙 蘑菇浓汤
  • 7汤匙 淡奶
  • 50毫升清水
  • ¾茶匙 Maggi鲜汤(和50毫升清水混合一起)
做法
  1. 将锅设置为Stir-Fry 模式 / 100° / 18 分钟。往锅中倒入 1 公升清水,加热煮沸(约 5 分钟)。然后加入意大利面和盐,煮至计时结束。
  2. 将意大利面从锅中取出,放入一碗冷水中冷却,再充分沥干。加入½ 汤匙油并搅拌均匀,以防面条黏在一起。
  3. 将锅设置为Stir-Fry 模式 / 170° / 5 分钟。加入食用油,炒香蒜末 1 分钟。接着加入蘑菇和火腿,继续翻炒 2 分钟。最后加入煮好的意大利面、蘑菇浓汤、淡奶和清水,翻炒至计时结束即可。
