- 3 eggs
- 30g sugar
- 115g cake flour
- 5g cocoa powder
- 320g milk
- 35g butter

- 400g whipping cream
- 30g sugar
- 2g salt
- 40g crushed Oreo
INSTRUCTIONS

Cream Filling
- Add whipping cream, sugar, salt, and crushed Oreos to a mixing bowl.
- Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer the cream into a piping bag and chill in the fridge.

Cocoa Crepes
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with sugar until well combined.
- Sift in cake flour and cocoa powder, then mix until no dry lumps remain.
- Add milk and stir until smooth. Then mix in melted butter.
- Strain the batter twice for a smoother texture.
- Set your pan to Hotpot mode and adjust the power to 600W.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to spread evenly.
- Cook until bubbles appear and the crepe sets, then remove. Repeat until done.

Assembling the Cake
- Layer one crepe, then spread a layer of cream on top.
- Repeat the process, alternating crepes and cream.
- Chill the finished cake until set, then slice and enjoy!

- 3颗 鸡蛋
- 30克 白糖
- 115克 低筋面粉
- 5克 可可粉
- 320克 牛奶
- 35克 黄油

- 400克 淡奶油
- 32克 白糖
- 25克 盐
- 40克 奥利奥碎
做法

奶油夹馅
- 将淡奶油、白糖、盐与奥利奥碎放入碗中。
- 打发至硬性发泡后,装入裱花袋,冷藏备用。

千层蛋皮
- 鸡蛋打入碗中,加入白糖搅拌均匀。
- 筛入低筋面粉和可可粉,搅拌至无干粉颗粒。
- 加入牛奶搅匀,再加入融化黄油拌匀。
- 面糊过筛两次,使蛋皮口感更细腻。
- 启动煎锅 Hotpot 模式,设定功率至600W。
- 将适量面糊倒入锅中,轻轻转动锅体摊平。
- 煎至表面起泡并凝固即可取出,重复操作。
