INGREDIENTS
 	- 2 strips bacon
- 100g pasta
- 1 teaspoon garlic
SEASONINGS
 	- 1 soupspoon oil (for sautéing)
- ½ soupspoon oil (pour over the pasta)
- 1L water (to cook pasta)
- 1 large bowl water (to soak cooked pasta)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 soupspoons cooking cream
- 4 soupspoons evaporated milk
- 5g parmesan cheese powder
- 50ml water
- ¾ teaspoon Maggi concentrated chicken stock (to mix with 50ml water)
- A little black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
 	- Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 100° / 18 mins. Add 1L of water to the pot and bring it to a boil (about 5 mins). Then, add in the pasta and salt, cook until the timer stops.
- Remove the pasta from the pot and soak it in a bowl of cold water, then drain well. Add ½ soupspoon of oil to the pasta and mix well to prevent it from sticking together.
- Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 170° / 5 mins. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the minced garlic for 1 min. Then, add the bacon and continue stir-frying for another 1 min.
- Add the cooked pasta, cooking cream, parmesan cheese powder, evaporated milk, black pepper and concentrated chicken stock. Cook until the timer stops.

- ½汤匙 油 (倒入意大利面搅拌用)
- 1公升 清水 (煮意大利面用)
- 1大碗 冰水 (浸泡煮熟的意大利面用)
- 1茶匙 盐
- 5 一汤匙 烹饪稀奶油
- 4 汤匙 淡奶
- 5克 帕马森芝士粉
- 50毫升 清水
- ¾ Maggi鲜汤 (和50毫升的清水混合一起)
- 适量 黑胡椒粉
做法
 	- 将锅设置为 Stir-Fry 模式 / 100° / 18 分钟。往锅中加入 1 公升清水,加热煮沸(约 5 分钟)。然后加入意大利面和盐,煮至计时结束。
- 将意大利面从锅中取出,放入一碗冷水中浸泡,再充分沥干。加入 ½ 汤匙油 并搅拌均匀,以防面条黏在一起。
- 将锅设置为 Stir-Fry 模式 / 170° / 5 分钟。加入食用油,炒香蒜末 1 分钟。
 接着加入培根,继续翻炒 1 分钟。
- 加入煮好的意大利面、淡奶油、帕玛森芝士粉、淡奶、黑胡椒和鲜汤,煮至计时结束即可。
