INGREDIENTS
 	- 75g spaghetti
- 4 shrimps
- 3 mussels
- 20g squid (cut into rings)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
SEASONINGS
 	- 1 soupspoon oil (for sautéing)
- ½ soupspoon oil (pour over the spaghetti)
- 1.5L water (to cook spaghetti)
- 1 large bowl water (to soak cooked spaghetti)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ soupspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 75ml water
- 1½ teaspoon Maggi concentrated chicken stock (to mix with 75ml of water)
INSTRUCTIONS
 	- Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 100° / 20 mins. Add 1.5L of water to the pot and bring it to a boil (about 5 mins). Then, add in the spaghetti and salt, cook until the timer stops.
- Remove the pasta from the pot and soak it in a bowl of cold water, then drain well. Add ½ soupspoon of oil to the pasta and mix well to prevent it from sticking together.
- Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 170° / 4 mins 20 secs. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the minced garlic for 1 min. Then, add the shrimps, mussels and squid, and continue stir-frying for another 1 min.
- Add the cooked spaghetti, chili flakes, black pepper, olive oil and concentrated chicken stock. Cook until the timer stops.

- 20克 苏东(切圈)
- 1茶匙 蒜末
调味料
 	- 1汤匙 油(爆香用)
- ½汤匙 油 (倒入意大利面搅拌用)
- 1.5公升 清水 (煮意大利面用)
- 1大碗 清水 (浸泡煮熟的意大利面用)
- 1茶匙 盐
- ½茶匙 橄榄油
- ½茶匙  辣椒碎
- ½茶匙 黑胡椒碎
- 75毫升 清水
- 1½茶匙 Maggi鲜汤 (和50毫升的清水混合一起)
做法
 	- 将锅设定为Stir-Fry 模式 / 100° / 20 分钟。在锅中加入 1.5 公升的水并煮沸(约 5 分钟)。然后加入意大利面和盐,煮至计时结束。
- 将煮好的意大利面取出,放入一碗冷水中冷却,再充分沥干。加入 ½ 汤匙油并拌匀,以防面条粘连。
- 将锅设定为Stir-Fry 模式 / 170° / 4 分 20 秒。往锅中加入油,炒香蒜末 1 分钟。接着加入虾、青口贝和鱿鱼,继续翻炒1 分钟。
- 最后加入煮好的意大利面、辣椒碎、黑胡椒、橄榄油和鸡精浓缩汁,炒至计时结束。
