STEPS
- Rinse ingredients,slice red chillies.
- Pour in cooking oil.Select "Stir-fry" mode,set timer to 7 minutes.Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button.
- Last remaining 2 minutes, add in shrimps and close lid.Fry till the timer is stopped,then take it out.
- Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 7 minutes and highest power. Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button.
- Pour 300ml cooking oil and butter together.Once butter melted,pour in egg yolk slightly and stir according clockwise.
- When bubbling getting more,press left side button to adjust cooker to 90' angle.
- Put all seasoning and stir well.Put shrimps and take it out after 10 seconds.User filter mesh to remove excess oil. Dish served.

做法
- 将材料洗净,小红椒切碎。
- 将适量的清油倒入,选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至7分钟,按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。
- 当时间剩下2分钟时,加入明虾,将盖关上。炸至时间停止,即可取出。
- 选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至7分钟,火力调至最大,按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。
- .将300毫升的清油和牛油加入,将牛油溶化后,边将蛋黄倒入,边用筷子顺时针搅拌。
- 当看到泡沫越来越多时,将锅身调至90度。
- 加入所有调味料,使用筷子搅均,加入明虾,10秒后取出,使用不锈钢过滤多余的油份滤掉,即可食用。
