STEPS
  1. Apply ingredients B evenly on minced pork. CHop dried chilies and garlic very finely.
  2. Pour water into the cooker, put in the steam rack and the marinated pork, and close the lid.
  3. Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 10 minutes and highest power.
  4. After the pork is steamed, take it out. Drain off the water from the cooker and wipe it dry.
  5. Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
  6. Pour in cooking oil. When fuming, put minced garlic and select lowest power.

  • 生抽 3毫升
  • 蚝油 7毫升
  • 木薯粉 2克
  • 胡椒粉 适量
  • 糖 适量

    • 蒸架 1个
    做法
    1. 将材料B涂均在肉碎上,辣椒干和蒜头切碎。
    2. 将清水倒入锅内,放入蒸架和腌制好的猪肉碎,将盖关上。
    3. 选择‘自动’功能,将时间调至10分钟,火力调至最大。
    4. 待肉碎蒸熟后,取出备用。将锅内的水倒出。抹干内锅。
    5. 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
    6. 倒入清油,当开始冒烟时,加入蒜米碎,火力调至最少。
    7. 当蒜米碎炒至金黄色后,加入辣椒干。10秒后取出,撇在猪肉碎上,即可食用。
