Searing Sauce
INGREDIENTS & SEASONINGS
  • 450ml water
  • 50g A1 sauce
  • 30g HP brown sauce
  • 5g worcestershire sauce
  • 55ml soy sauce
  • 150g tomato sauce
  • 50g chili sauce
  • 85g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon MSG
  • ⅔ teaspoon black soy sauce
  • ½ soupspoon sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 200° / 5 mins. Mix all the ingredients and sauces together then pour them into the pot. Cook until the timer stops.

做法
  1. 将锅设置为「炒」模式 / 200° / 5 分钟。
    把所有食材和酱料混合均匀后倒入锅中，烹煮至计时结束。
