MATERIAL
  • Whole chicken 1(Maximum 1.8kg)
  • Dang Gui 4 slices
  • Wolfberry 20pieces
  • Water 40ml
Seasoning
  • Salt ½tablespoons
  • Shaoxing wine 2 tablespoons
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Apply salt on the chicken evenly.
  2. Open the lid and put the chicken into the pot.Pour in Shaoxing wine, Dang Gui, wolfberry and water,close the lid and press 'Stew' button.
  3. Wait for pressure cooker to release steam automa􀆟cally then open the lid and the dish is ready to be served。
Small tips
  1. Dry the baked chicken and pan-fry it until it turns golden will be taster.

  • 枸杞 20颗
  • 清水 40毫升
调味料
  • 盐 ½汤匙
  • 花雕酒 4汤匙
做法
  1. 将盐搽均在鸡只上。
  2. 将鸡只放入㶽里后,再倒入花雕酒和清水,将盖关上,选择'Stew'的功能。完成后,即可食用。

  1. 将焗好的鸡只滴干汁后,用油炸至金黄色,味道会更美味。
