- Whole chicken 1(Maximum 1.8kg)
- Dang Gui 4 slices
- Wolfberry 20pieces
- Water 40ml
Seasoning
- Salt ½tablespoons
- Shaoxing wine 2 tablespoons
INSTRUCTIONS
- Apply salt on the chicken evenly.
- Open the lid and put the chicken into the pot.Pour in Shaoxing wine, Dang Gui, wolfberry and water,close the lid and press 'Stew' button.
- Wait for pressure cooker to release steam automacally
then open the lid and the dish is ready to be served。
Small tips
- Dry the baked chicken and pan-fry it until it turns golden will be taster.
