MATERIAL
- Red bean paste - 25g for each bun
- High-gluten flour - 250g
- Sugar - 25g
- Salt - 1g
- Yeast - 3g
- Egg - 1 egg
- Milk - 130g
- Butter - 20g
- Egg yolk - 1 egg yolk
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Mix all ingredients (excluding red bean paste and egg yolk) thoroughly until the dough is smooth and not sticky. Cover with plastic wrap and place it at room temperature until it doubles in size.
- 2. Divide the dough into 55g portions, then stretch the dough and wrap each with red bean paste. Roll into strips, flatten with a rolling pin and make marks with a knife. Roll up and seal the ends. Set aside.
- 3. Place the prepared dough in the fryer and select the DIY function at 150 degrees for 15 minutes to complete cooking.

做法
- 将全部材料(除了红豆沙和蛋黄)混合搅拌均匀,揉搓成不粘手状态,用保鲜膜封住放在温室发酵成2倍大即可.
- 把面团分成55g小团、撑开面团塞进红豆沙包好、揉成条状用杆面棒压成片状、用小刀划出几条痕再反转过来卷起来然后再把两头粘起来备用.
- 放入炸锅按(DIY)150度/15分钟即可完成.
