MATERIAL
  • Chicken thighs 2 pieces
  • Young ginger 50g
  • Garlic 5g
  • Water 40ml
Seasoning
  • MSG ½ teaspoon
  • Rock sugar 2 g
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce 4 tablespoon
  • Thick soy sauce litte
  • Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Chop chicken thighs into cubes, slice the ginger, and dice the garlic.
  2. Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot, add cooking oil and sesame oil and wait the oil to heat up. Sauté the shredded ginger first then sauté garlic.Then, stir-fry the chicken and choose 'Cancel'.
  3. Stir well after added in water and other seasonings. Close lid, choose 'Chicken' then choose '–' to set timer to 8 minutes. After that, the dish is ready to be served.

做法
  1. 先将鸡腿剁块,子姜切丝,蒜头切碎。
  2. 选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,倒入清油和麻油烧热。先将子姜丝爆香,再将蒜米碎爆香,再加入鸡块炒香后,按下'Cancel'键。
  3. 倒入清水和其它调味料搅拌均匀后,将盖关上,选择'Chicken'的功能,再按下'–',将时间调至8分钟。完成后,即可食用。
