INGREDIENTS
- 200g tapioca pearls
- 5g osmanthus flowers
- 2 tablespoons honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak the tapioca pearls in warm water for 30 mins.
- Drain the water, then knead the tapioca pearls evenly.
- Add the osmanthus flowers and honey, and continue kneading until well-mixed.
- Divide the mixture into portions of about 35g each, roll them into balls, and place them in a flower shape mold. Press the mold to create a flower shape and then remove from the mold.
- Place the molded cakes into the steamer. (Sauna mode, 25 mins)
