INGREDIENTS
- 2 coconut
- ½ chicken
- 3 red dates
- Some goji berries
- 1 candied date
- 3 pcs Yuzhu
- A little salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crack open the coconuts, filter the coconut water, and cut the coconut flesh into long strips.
- Remove the pits from the red dates and slice them.
- Blanch the chicken for 30 sec, then remove it and rinse off any surface scum. Set aside. (Stir-Fry mode / 230° / 30 sec)
- Pour the filtered coconut water into the pot. Add ginger slices, red dates, candied date, Yuzhu and the blanced chicken. (Stir-Fry mode / 180° / 1 hour)
- Once the soup comes to a boil, add the coconut flesh and a little salt, then stir well.
- The soup is now ready to serve.
材料
- 2粒 椰子
- ½只 鸡
- 3颗 红枣
- 一些 枸杞
- 1个 蜜枣
- 3片 玉竹
- 适量 盐
做法
- 剖开椰子,过滤椰水,将椰肉切成长条。
- 将红枣去核切片。
- 将鸡肉汆烫30秒,然后取出,冲洗干净表面的浮沫,备用。(Stir-Fry模式 / 230° / 30秒)
- 将过滤好的椰水倒入锅中,加入姜片、红枣、蜜枣、玉竹和焯好水的鸡肉。(Stir-Fry模式 / 180° / 1小时)
- 汤煮沸后,加入椰肉和少许盐,搅拌均匀。
- 汤品即可享用。
