椰子鸡汤
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 coconut
  • ½ chicken
  • 3 red dates
  • Some goji berries
  • 1 candied date
  • 3 pcs Yuzhu
  • A little salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Crack open the coconuts, filter the coconut water, and cut the coconut flesh into long strips.
  2. Remove the pits from the red dates and slice them.
  3. Blanch the chicken for 30 sec, then remove it and rinse off any surface scum. Set aside. (Stir-Fry mode / 230° / 30 sec)
  4. Pour the filtered coconut water into the pot. Add ginger slices, red dates, candied date, Yuzhu and the blanced chicken. (Stir-Fry mode / 180° / 1 hour)
  5. Once the soup comes to a boil, add the coconut flesh and a little salt, then stir well.
  6. The soup is now ready to serve.
材料
  • 2粒 椰子
  • ½只 鸡
  • 3颗 红枣
  • 一些 枸杞
  • 1个 蜜枣
  • 3片 玉竹
  • 适量 盐
做法
  1. 剖开椰子,过滤椰水,将椰肉切成长条。
  2. 将红枣去核切片。
  3. 将鸡肉汆烫30秒,然后取出,冲洗干净表面的浮沫,备用。(Stir-Fry模式 / 230° / 30秒)
  4. 将过滤好的椰水倒入锅中,加入姜片、红枣、蜜枣、玉竹和焯好水的鸡肉。(Stir-Fry模式 / 180° / 1小时)
  5. 汤煮沸后,加入椰肉和少许盐,搅拌均匀。
  6. 汤品即可享用。
