MATERIAL

Seasoning
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
- Thick soy sauce little
- Sugar 5 g
- Shaoxing wine 1 tablespoon
- Cooking oil 500 ml (For fry chicken feet)
- Cooking oil ½ spoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Apply thick soy sauce evenly on chicken feet.Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot, pour in cooking oil(500ml) to heat it up. Put chicken feet into pot and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot, pour in cooking oil
(½ tablespoon) and sesame oil then wait until it been heated up. Add in all ingredients and Shaoxing wine then fry it evenly. Press ‘Cancel’.
- Add water and other seasonings into the pot and stir it evenly. Close lid and choose ‘Braise’.After that, the dish is ready to be served.

做法
- 将黑酱油搽均在鸡脚后,选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,倒入清油 (500毫升) 烧热。将鸡脚放入锅里,炸至5分钟。
- 选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,倒入清油(½汤匙)和麻油烧热。将所有材料倒入炒香,再加入花雕酒炒均匀后,按下'Cancel'键。
- 将清水和其它调味料一起倒入锅里搅拌均匀后,将盖关上,选择'Braise'的功能。完成后,即可食用。
