- Pork trotter 600 g
- Mature ginger 150 g
Seasoning
- Black sweet vinegar 500 g
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Cooking oil ½ tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop the pig trotter into pieces, smash the ginger
using knife.
- Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot. Add cooking oil and
sesame oil then heat up. Sauté the ginger and then add pork trotter and press 'Cancel'.
- Put other seasonings and stir well, close the lid and
choose 'Braise'. After that, the dish is ready to be served.

做法
- 将猪脚剁块,老姜拍碎
