INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet udon
- 35g cabbage (cut into small pieces)
- 20g green nbell pepper (cut into small pieces)
- 5g chili (diced)
- 20g onion (diced)
- 5 pork slices
- 25g cuttlefish ring
- 3 shrimps
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 soupspoon pork lard
- ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
MIXED SEASONINGS
- 2g MSG
- 1 soupspoon light soy sauce
- ½ soupspoon oyster sauce
- A little black soy sauce
- 100ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 180° / 6 mins. Add oil, garlic, scallions, green bell pepper and chili, then stir-fry for 2 mins.
- Next, add the pork slices, cuttlefish rings, shrimps and crushed black pepper, and continue stir-frying for another 1 min.
- Lastly, add the udon, pork lard, mixed seasonings and cabbage to continue stir-frying until the timer stops.

- 20克 大洋葱 (切块)

- 25克 墨鱼切圈
- 3只 虾子 (去壳留尾)
- 1茶匙 蒜末
- 1汤匙 猪油渣
混合调味料
- 2克 味精
- 1汤匙 生抽
- ½汤匙 蚝油
- 少许 黑酱油
- 100毫升 清水
做法
- 将锅设定为 Stir-Fry 模式 / 180° / 6 分钟。加入油、蒜、葱、青椒和辣椒,然后翻炒2 分钟。
- 接着,加入猪肉片、墨鱼切圈、虾和碎黑胡椒,继续翻炒1 分钟。
- 最后,加入乌冬面、猪油渣、混合调味料和包菜,继续翻炒直到计时结束。
