Ingredients
  • Cuttlefish 250g
  • Shallot 1pcs
  • Garlic 2pcs
Utensils
  • 1pcs aluminum foil
Seasoning
  • Asam Paste 30g
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of MGS
  • A pinch of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. First,remove the skin of shallot and garlic and dice them into pieces. Cut the cuttlefish into pieces after cleaning them.
  2. Mix the shallot and garlic with other seasoning.Add in the cuttlefish and let the mixture gets marinated for 2 hours.Wrap the mixture with aluminum foil.
  3. Preheat the air fryer (200c) by adjusting the time to the lowest.When you see '_ _' on the screen,you will hear a 'dee...dee...dee' sound,pull out the frying basket and insert the aluminum pack.
  4. Finally,adjust the temperature to 200 degree and set the time range to 8 minutes.,the meal is ready to be served.

  • 黄姜粉 1汤匙

步骤
  1. 把小葱头和蒜去皮,切成粒状,洗净乌贼后切块。
  2. 把已经切好的小葱头,蒜粒和其他的调味料调均,再放入已经切块的乌贼里,腌制2小时后,再放入铝箔纸里。
  3. 先按预热功能(200c)把时间调到最低,屏幕出现'_ _',听见滴......滴声后,拉出炸篮把食材放入。
  4. 最后,在显示屏幕上按8分钟200c,美味佳肴即可食用。
