INGREDIENTS

STEPS
- Rinse Ingredients. peel skin for potatoes and smash lemongrass.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 20 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. put lemongrass to saute,add curry sauce to fry, then pour in water.
- Add drumsticks, potatoes, soy sauce and currey leaaves. Incline cooker to 90' angle, select lowest power then close lid.
- At last remaining 1 minutes, open lid and pour in coonut milk then stir well. When time is up, dish can be served.

- 椰浆 240毫升
- 生抽 35毫升
- 清水 1公升
- 清油 3汤匙
- 盐 5克
- 香茅 3根
做法
- 将材料洗净,马铃薯去皮切块,香茅拍碎。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘自动’功能,将时间调至20分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油,加入香茅爆香后,加入咖喱酱炒香,再倒入清水。
- 加入鸡腿,马铃薯,生抽和咖喱叶。将锅身调至90度,火力调至最少,将盖关上。
- 当时间剩下1分钟,将盖打开,倒入椰浆搅均。当时间停止后,即可食用。
