INGREDIENTS

SEASONINGS
- Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Tomato Sauce 2 tablespooons
- Plum Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 ½ tablespoon
- Salt 2g
- Water 80ml
- Vinegar ½ tablespoon
Marinade
- Soy Sauce 5ml
- Oyster Sauce 5ml
- Salt 2g
- Fiver Spices Powder 3g
- Tapioca Starch Approximately
- Cooking Oil 10ml
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients.Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Peel the pork and beat it evenly with a meat tenderize,then cut into cubes.Add all marinade into meatball for 2 hours, dip on tapioca strach.
- Incline cooker to 90' angle by presing left side button.Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 12 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. After 3 minutes, put marinated meatball and fry till it turns color to golden,take it out.
- Incline cooker 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in 10ml cooking oil.When fuming, add in all ingredients.
- About 1 minutes,add mixed seasonings. After 1 minute,put meatball then dish can be served.

- 辣椒酱 1汤匙
- 番茄酱 2汤匙
- 梅酱 1汤匙
- 糖 1 ½汤匙

- 清水 80毫升
- 白醋 ½汤匙
腌料
- 生抽 5毫升
- 蚝油 5毫升
- 盐 2克
- 味精 2克
- 五香粉 3克
- 清油 10毫升
做法
- 将材料洗净,所有调味料搅均。
- 将猪肉去皮,使用松肉锤敲打均匀后,切粒。将所有腌料加入肉圆中搅均,腌制2小时后,沾上适量的薯粉备用。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至90度。选择‘自动’功能,将时间调至12分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入适量清油。约3分钟后,将已腌制好的肉圆加入炸至金黄色,取出备用。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入10毫升清油,当开始冒烟时,加入所有材料炒均。
- 约1分钟后,加入已搅均的调味料。1分钟后,加入肉圆炒均,即可食用。
