海味鲜粥 (2)
INGREDIENTS
  • 40g rice
  • 1 salted egg
  • 10g dried scallops
  • a few shrimps (Keep the shrimp shell)
  • a few clams
  • 1 squid
  • a little shredded ginger
  • a little green onion
  • a little sesame oil
  • 1 spoon cooking oil
  • 500g of water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add 1 spoon of oil to the pot, then stir-fry the shrimp shells (Stir Fry mode, temperature 200°C, for 2 mins).
  2. Next, add 500g of water to the pan and continue stir-frying with the shrimp shells (Stir Fry mode, temperature 200°C, for 2 mins). Once done, remove the shrimp shells from the pan.
  3. Add the dried scallops, rice, and ginger strips to the pot (Stir Fry mode, temperature 90°C, for 25 mins). In the last 5 mins, add the shrimp, squid, clams, and salted egg.

  • 40克 米
  • 1粒 咸蛋
  • 10克 干贝
  • 几只 鲜虾 (保留虾壳)
  • 几只 啦啦
  • 1条 苏东
  • 少许 姜丝
  • 少许 青葱
  • 少许 麻油
  • 1汤匙 清油
  • 500克清水
做法
  • 倒1汤匙清油进锅里,然后将虾壳放入翻炒(Stir Fry模式,温度200°,2分钟)
  • 接着加入500克的清水进入锅里,和虾壳一起翻炒(Stir Fry模式,温度200°,2分钟)。完成后将虾壳捞出。
  • 将干贝、米、姜丝放入锅里(Stir Fry模式,温度90°,25分钟)。然后在最后5分钟加入虾、苏东、啦啦及咸蛋。
