INGREDIENTS
- 40g rice
- 1 salted egg
- 10g dried scallops
- a few shrimps (Keep the shrimp shell)
- a few clams
- 1 squid
- a little shredded ginger
- a little green onion
- a little sesame oil
- 1 spoon cooking oil
- 500g of water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 1 spoon of oil to the pot, then stir-fry the shrimp shells (Stir Fry mode, temperature 200°C, for 2 mins).
- Next, add 500g of water to the pan and continue stir-frying with the shrimp shells (Stir Fry mode, temperature 200°C, for 2 mins). Once done, remove the shrimp shells from the pan.
- Add the dried scallops, rice, and ginger strips to the pot (Stir Fry mode, temperature 90°C, for 25 mins). In the last 5 mins, add the shrimp, squid, clams, and salted egg.

- 几只 鲜虾 (保留虾壳)
- 几只 啦啦
- 1条 苏东
- 少许 姜丝
- 少许 青葱
- 少许 麻油
- 1汤匙 清油
- 500克清水
做法
- 倒1汤匙清油进锅里,然后将虾壳放入翻炒(Stir Fry模式,温度200°,2分钟)
- 接着加入500克的清水进入锅里,和虾壳一起翻炒(Stir Fry模式,温度200°,2分钟)。完成后将虾壳捞出。
- 将干贝、米、姜丝放入锅里(Stir Fry模式,温度90°,25分钟)。然后在最后5分钟加入虾、苏东、啦啦及咸蛋。
