  • Puff pastry - 1 package (1 piece cut in half)

  • Egg yolk - 1 piece
  • Water - 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix egg yolk and water evenly for colouring
  2. Wrap the cut rice cake in puff pastry, make 3 cuts on the surface of the puff pastry, then apply egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and set aside.
  3. Put it in the fryer and press (DIY) 180 degrees/7 minutes to complete

做法
  1. 将鸡蛋黄和清水混合均匀上色用
  2. 把切好的年糕用酥皮包着,酥皮表面上划3刀,然后涂上蛋液、撖上白芝麻备用
  3. 放入炸锅按(DIY)180度/7分钟即可完成
