MATERIAL
- Puff pastry - 1 package (1 piece cut in half)
- Rice cake - a little(cut into long and short puff pastry shapes)
- White sesame seeds - a little
- Water -1 soupspoon
- Egg yolk - 1 piece
- Water - 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix egg yolk and water evenly for colouring
- Wrap the cut rice cake in puff pastry, make 3 cuts on the surface of the puff pastry, then apply egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and set aside.
- Put it in the fryer and press (DIY) 180 degrees/7 minutes to complete

- 清水-1茶匙
做法
- 将鸡蛋黄和清水混合均匀上色用
- 把切好的年糕用酥皮包着,酥皮表面上划3刀,然后涂上蛋液、撖上白芝麻备用
- 放入炸锅按(DIY)180度/7分钟即可完成
