INSTRUCTIONS
  1. 1. Begin by mixing powdered sugar, egg white, butter and low-gluten flour until well combined. Then gently mix in almond flakes and salt until even.
  2. 2. Spread the mixture thinly on baking paper. The thinner, the better for that extra tasty crunch.
  3. 3. Transfer it to the fryer and select the DIY function and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.

做法
  1. 先将糖粉、鸡蛋清、黄油、低筋面粉、搅拌均匀后才加入杏仁片和盐轻轻搅拌均匀.
  2. 放在吸油纸上,尽量薄一些口感会更好.
  3. 放入炸锅按(DIY)150度/15分钟即可完成.
