INGREDIENTS
- Chilipo 1kg
- Anchovies 80g
- Garlic 65g
SEASONING
- Belacan 130g
- Sugar 200g
- Cooking Oil 500ml
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients.Mince garlic and slice belacan.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 7 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooing oil. After 3 minutes, put anchovies until time is up,take it out.
- Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 20 minutes and highest power.
- After 1 minute, add garlic to saute until it turns color to golden. Put belacan, then add chilipo to fry until last remaining 3 minutes.
- Stir well by add in sugar. At last remaining 1 minute, add anchovies. When time is up,then dish can be served.

- 清油 500毫升
做法
- 将材料洗净。蒜头切碎,马来盏切片。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择’自选‘功能,将时间调至7分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油。3分钟后,加入江鱼仔炸至时间停止,取出备用。
- 现在’自选‘功能,将时间调至20分钟,火力调至最大。
- 约1分钟后,加入蒜米爆至金黄色。加入马来盏炒均后,再加入辣椒糊炒至时间剩下3分钟。
- 加入白糖炒均。当时间剩下1分钟时,加入江鱼仔。当时间停止后,即可食用。
