INGREDIENTS
- Rice Noodles 300g
- Pork Slice 50g
- Squid Ring 30g
- Shrimp 3pcs
- Mince Garlic 1 ½ teaspoon
- Egg White 1pc
- Choy Sum 50g
SEASONING A
- Soy Sauce 10ml
- Dark Soy Sauce 4g
- Cooking Oil 10ml
SEASONING B
- Aginomoto 2g
- Salt 2g
- Pepper Powder Little
- Sesame Oil Little
- Tapioca Starch Little
- Water 270ml
- Cooking Oil 5ml
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients. Mix tapioca starch with some water in a bowl.
- Incline the cooker 45'angle by pressing left side button.Select"Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. When fuming, put rice noodles and ingredients A, stir-fry evenly with spatula.
- After 30 seconds, press"power"button to stop running. Take rice noodles out.
- Incline the cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button, select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes, highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. When fuming, add the garlic until it turns golden color. Then put ingredients B to stir fry it.
- Add in mixed tapioca flour,then press 'power' button to stop running. Pour egg white and stir-fry evenly,garnish on rice noodles. Then dish can be served.

- 蒜米碎 ½ 茶匙
- 蛋白 1颗
- 菜心 50克
调味料A
- 味精 2克
- 盐 2克
- 胡椒粉 少许
- 麻油 少许
- 薯粉 少许
- 清水 270毫升
- 清油 5毫升
调味料B
做法
- 将材料洗净。将薯粉加入少许清水搅均备用。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。现在‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入10毫升清油,当开始冒烟时,加入河粉和调味料A后,所以锅铲炒均。
- 约30秒后,按‘power’扭停止运作,将河粉取出备用。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入5毫升清油。当开始冒烟时,加入蒜米炒至金黄色后,加入所有的材料和调味料B,炒均。
- 加入已搅均的薯粉,按‘power’扭停止运作,倒入蛋白搅均后,拌在河粉上,即可食用。
