INGREDIENTS
- Pickled 240g
- Soy Sauce 8ml
- Pork Slice 100g
SEASONINGS
- Oyster Sauce 15ml
- Sugar 2g
- Dark Soy Sauce Little
- Tomato 120g
- Cooking Oil 15ml
- Garlic 5g
- Water 70ml
- Tapioca Starch Approximately
- Pork Lard ½ tablespoon
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients. Mix tapioca starch and water in a bowl.
- Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. When fuming, add in garlic, select lowest power.
- Put pork slice. After 30 seconds, add soy sauce, picklled and tomatoes to stir fry.
- Select highest power. After 30 seconds, add water, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar to fry.
- Close lid. After 1 minutes, put mixed tapioca starch and pork lard. Then dish can be served.

做法
- 将材料洗净。薯粉加入清水搅均备用。

- 加入猪肉片。30秒后,加入生抽,咸菜和番茄炒均。
- 将火力调至最大。30秒后,加入清水,蚝油,黑酱油和糖炒均。
- 将盖关上。1分钟后,加入已搅均的薯粉和猪油渣炒均,即可食用。
